This month, we met Daphnée Davoise: an - almost - thirty-something who, when she’s not working (she is a production manager in a press and communication agency), embraces Paris life day and night!

Your neighbourhood?

I live in the 10th arrondissement, on rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis but my main stomping ground is Le Marais.

I like Paris for…

Strolling around the city’s streets and stopping off to have a drink at a pavement café.

My secret address is…

The basement of Robert et Louise on quiz night with the owner! I also love Mokonuts, a little Japanese/Lebanese restaurant – it’s a winning combination!

My work look is... a big mess!

My date look is…

Pared-down, trousers in the winter and a maxi dress in the summer. I have to be comfortable, otherwise it just won’t do. I don’t like being too dressed up or primped.

I never leave home without…

My moisturiser.

In my bag, there is...

Not much... The bare minimum: my credit card, my passport, my keys, my day cream, a bright red lipstick and cinnamon chewing gum. I like small bags.

Every morning, I…

I open the windows and drink a glass of water with lemon before my coffee.

Every evening, I…

I’ve tried but I haven’t found my evening routine yet.

I drink my coffee…

Without sugar, because otherwise it’s sacrilege! I often go to Boot Café, the smallest café in Paris.
