Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best This is the only eyeliner I ever use, now, having tried most of them. It's easy to use, lasts all day, and doesn't even come off (by accident) if my eyes water, or I cry. The people who say it smudges, or comes off too easily, are not making up their eyes properly. You should always use some sort of foundation or base on your eyelids, then powder them, to stop them being oily. If you then want them to look super-unmade up, try pressing a slightly dampened sponge over the make up, for a mo, to press down/remove any loose powder, before applying eye liner. The results won't disappoint.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ........messy! I bought this eyeliner yesterday after reading the above positive reviews. I would agree it is much easier to apply than your average liquid eyeliner but it does take some getting used to if your'e used to using a pencil. I found that to get an even line you have to use the side of nib, the eyeliner' doesn't come out of the very tip at the thinnest part. I was impressed by how smudgeproof it is once its dry but a disadvantage for me was that its not even remotely water proof, i ended up with black smudges all over my eyes and cheeks when i tried to take it off with make up remover, so its probably not great for a rainy day! worth trying but i think i will stick with pencils.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dries out very quickly, not worth the money I was very very dissapointed with this product. I tried it in the shop and was really happy with it; it was a solid black colour, applied really well and was easy to use however. I was very excited to start using it however, I got home and I found that it works for about 2 seconds before it dries out. I tried shaking it but it made no difference. No ink was coming from the tip. I left it upside down over night and it lasted about 2 seconds again and ran out. I looked at other reviews and they all said the same. Definitely do not buy this product, it is way overpriced and I ended up opting for a cheaper product which was much better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good idea but very difficult to apply For an eye liner that boasts 'ultra easy application', this is really hard to put on! The nib of my eye liner is dry and runs out of colour very quickly. However, I have found a solution to this which works for me. All I need to do is dip the very end of the nib in water for 1 second, and the fluidity of the liner is improved without affecting the pigmentation. In regards to packaging, the slim black pen looks sleek but not overly pretty. Despite the very big fault in the application of the product, the value for money is quite good. All in all, I would not buy this product again - simply because of the faff involved in the application of the eye liner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't stop loving it! I had 3 Bourjois Liner Feutre, and bought another two for my best friends. WE ALL LOVE IT! easy to apply and can draw any kind of shape we want, long lasting, never gave me panda eyes even when I use it on my water line. I tried many drugstore liquid eyeliner and this is the best one, my second favourite is from Gosh. if you find the applicator is hard, draw few lines on the back of your hand it will help to soft the applicator. if it still not so good, probably you just got a bad one, because non of my liners from this one is hard to use... good luck!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Liner feutre I find this very easy to apply though to get best results you have to use the side of the nib. However it dries out pretty quickly and I have to shake it lots or leave it upside down for ages before it comes out and even then it doesn't last long. I find that I get best results if I use a liquid liner then go over the top with this one to smooth out the line.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from a little disappointed this is the first Bourjois product i ws disappoined with. you cant get a really rich black line an you always have to stretch skin to get a continuos line. i prefer a conventional liquid liner! and is it really 8 ml. as on the product itself it says 0.8 ml. and this is really poor value. i wonder how long will it last!
